Return and Refund Policy – Southern's General Store

Howdy! We want you tickled pink with every purchase from Southern's General Store. But if something's not quite right, we'll make it right — doing business the Southern way.

30-DAY RETURNS

You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund or exchange. Items just need to be unused and in their original condition — tags on, packaging intact, the whole nine yards.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Starting a return is easy as pie. Just email us at Tntbooneville@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange, and we'll walk you through it.

WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

The buyer pays return shipping on regular returns. But — and this is important — if your item arrived damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, we'll cover the return shipping and make it right, no fuss.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and give it a once-over, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show up on your statement.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? No problem, sugar. We'll happily swap it out for you — just let us know what you need when you email us.
